Genesis incorporates an expandable section, increasing the volume of the case providing additional packing capacity.
Genesis interior has a luxurious, soft touch lining and a mesh divider section. The design also features a convenient zipped inside pocket and elasticated packing straps to keep belongings secure.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
All shipping is by Royal Mail, larger parcels 45 x 40 x 20cm will be sent by a parcel service.
If you return an item for exchange, if it is in stock we will dispatch your exchange the next day. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
Delivery is FREE on orders £50 and above and £3.50 for anything below. This excludes suitcase orders, there is a £10 charge on suitcases. Please select this option at checkout
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to return it at your own cost, in it's original packaging with tags within 7 days from the day after receiving the goods.
We recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.
In respect of faulty goods, the cost of returning the goods will be refunded.

When returning goods please enclose a reason for the return, a copy of the receipt, your name, daytime phone number and email.
No refund or replacement made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they are back in our possession.
